Welcome to Roselle Park, a 240-acre nature preserve located at 1010 Grand River Drive NE. The park was formerly home to the Ada Beef Company. The main trail to the river is paved, a river overlook and canoe landing are being constructed and a state-of-the-art environmentally friendly portable toilet will be installed as part of this project. Other work happening here this summer includes construction of the Woodrick Memorial wetland observation deck and refurbishing one of the silos into an observation tower. Natural trails wind through wetlands, prairies and forests providing good opportunities to view wildlife. For the protection of wildlife habitats and your own safety, please stay on trails. Wearing insect repellent is advised. No bikes on natural trails please. Roselle Park provides great opportunities for cross-country skiing in the winter.

Construction Update:
Pardon our construction. Thank you for your support and patience while sections of Roselle Park are under construction. Our recent development there includes restoring a stream where the old Ada Beef building was located, and dredging the drain through the center of the park. both of these efforts will help to restore the site to its normal water flow and improve wetland habitats. In the spring, look for grasses and wildflowers growing up in the bare areas and water flowing in the stream. A new parking lot to the north will be added.
